Content Creation Lead: 

• Responsibilities:

  • Lead UTFiF’s in-house content creation initiatives including monthly newsletters, guides relating to recruitment and career development, and blog posts

  • Work alongside other UTFiF executives to brainstorm and propose new content ideas

• Ideal Candidate:

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student (for the 2021-2022 year) at the University of Toronto (St. George) in any program/faculty

  • Possess strong writing skills

  • Knowledgeable in economics, financial markets, and careers in finance

  • Effective research skills

  • Organized, efficient, an excellent communicator, and a team-player

Operations Executive:

• Responsibilities:

  • Handle all logistical and operational duties 

  • Be the main person in charge of events (facilitate logistical organization of online and in-person events)

  • Manage general member database, keeping a full list of members and contact information

  • Record notes and motions for all meetings and events

• Ideal Candidate:

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student (for the 2021-2022 year) at the University of Toronto (St. George) in any program/faculty

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient

  • A strong, professional communicator

Finance Executive:

• Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the research and outreach for funding opportunities

  • Identify key funding initiatives offered by UofT and facilitate these funding applications in a timely manner 

  • Create budgets for events and initiatives as needed

• Ideal Candidate:

  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student (for the 2021-2022 year) at the University of Toronto (St. George) in any program/faculty

  • Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and team player

First & Second Year Representatives

Join UTFiF’s tight-knit team as a first or second year representative to be mentored by the executive team and help the team with a variety of work! You will learn about careers and recruitment in business/finance, practice networking with professionals, develop your professionalism, and plan and execute meaningful initiatives with our executives.

 

Responsibilities

• Support the team in creating educational content, planning events, and brainstorming new and exciting initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Will be a 1st/2nd year student (for the 2021-2022 year) studying at University of Toronto (St. George Campus) in any program/faculty

• Strong interest in the financial industry and business; stays up to date with business news

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and intellectually curious individual

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
