University of Toronto Females in Finance seeks to bridge the gap between females and the financial industry. To achieve this, we seek to empower female students to pursue careers traditionally dominated by males, educate students on the plethora of career options in business and finance, and equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to break into careers in finance and  business.

 

Our edge is that we tailor our resources to the general Arts & Science student body at UofT that may not have access to the same resources and opportunities as commerce students may have. Founded by two non-commerce female UofT students, UTFiF recognizes that the field of finance may be daunting for students not exposed to these industries; we are here to break those barriers and position you as a competitive candidate in your career search!
